Special Request

Georgia USTBA will attempt to accommodate teams request for game times and day when possible. Special request by teams will be taken on a FIRST COME BASIS.

Before entering a tournament, make sure your team has no other conflicts on listed tournament dates.

Georgia USTBA can not GUARANTEE any special game time requests! Teams need to be prepared to play at 8:30 am on the FIRST DAY of the tournament.

Georgia USTBA will attempt to play teams 1-2 games per day if possible without lengthy delays between games. In some instances, teams may be required to play 3 or more games in a day to accommodate the overall number of teams in the tournament.

Game Times and Field Assignments will be available, posted on the site and e-mailed on the Wednesday prior to the tournament after 5pm EST.

Your team will not be confirmed into any tournament until FULL PAYMENT is received. However, you can "hold" a spot if you need a few days to finalize your entry. Call or email Georgia USTBA and ask to get your team penciled into any tournament. You then have 5 business days to pay in full for the tournament not to exceed the entry deadline. If your entry is not at the Georgia USTBA office within 5 business days or by the entry deadline, you will be erased and your spot may be given to another team.
