TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY

The following Tournament Refund Policy is designed to be fair and equitable for both the tournament host and the participating teams. The event host incurred prior tournament expenses which cannot be recovered or returned, such as tournament awards, advertising and other miscellaneous expenses

Cancelled due to lack of participation	100%
Cancelled due to weather or acts of God	100% (minus $50 administration fee)
Team played less than 1 regulation game*	75%
Team played 1 regulation game*	50%
Team starts or completes their 2^ndgame*	NONE
Team drops out within 5 days of start date**	30%
Team drops out within 7 days and is scheduled or plays in another tournament on the same weekend or dates	NONE
Team drops-out within 72 hours of state date**	NONE

*Regulation Game – as defined in the USTBA Official Playing Rules

**Advertised Start Date – defined as the date listed on the USTBA / Host web site as the "Start Date".

Teams may apply refund amounts to future Georgia USTBA tournament events in the same USTBA calendar year
